What guests loved:
I was staying at the hotel for an evening event and a day event the next day. The 3 pm check in time was extremely helpful for the early evening event. The room was very clean.
Areas for improvement:
There was no cup in the room nor bottled water especially since the water was just restored about 3 pm before I checked in. Only one elevator was working but the delay was slow but manageable.,
